Order delivery is tracked using tracking numbers provided by courier services.
Shipping rates depend on the whole order’s exact dimensions (parcel weight, length, width, height and amount of them) and a destination it should be delivered to.
The rates for orders up to 30 kg are to be auto calculated and shown during the checkout, prior to a payment.
Payment for delivery, in this case, occurs simultaneously with the payment of the order.
For orders which exceed 30 kg, delivery is still possible but should be agreed with the Seller prior to the posting an order. In such cases additional payment for delivery might be required from the Buyer.
Delivery time frames offered by the Seller are for reference only and their violation is not a basis for claiming a compensation.
Upon the order receipt, the Buyer must carefully inspect the parcel.
In case of any damages - record them (on a photo, video), make a mark in the transport consignment note about them (if it is possible) and immediately (not later than 3 days from the moment of receipt) send a photo (video) to the Seller for further steps negotiation.
Orders can be delivered by various courier and freight forwarding companies. Mostly it is Parcel ABC, DHL (all countries except Poland and Ukraine) or Nova Poshta (Ukraine only).
Depending on the courier service, delivery terms may vary. The buyer can get acquainted with the actual, exact and exhaustive information about delivery terms and conditions of specific courier service provider on a website of respective provider.
Depending on the location of the Buyer, the Seller offers several options for order delivery:
The buyer independently engages a courier service (eg Nova Poshta, Meest, etc.), which has an address for receiving parcels in Poland, indicating such an address when ordering. The Seller arranges delivery to the address of the courier service in Poland specified by the Buyer.
The Buyer fully entrusts the delivery organization to the Seller, including it into the order, and choosing from the available delivery options for Buyer’s location.
For buyers outside the EU: as the goods are of foreign origin (Italy) and supplied on demand, consider possible customs restrictions (duty-free import, etc.) in your country for the import of goods.
Cash-on-Delivery (CoD, possibility to pay for the goods at the time of handing over them from the courier service provider to the receiver). The option is currently available only for orders delivered to the Ukraine. Features: delivery time increases by 1-2 days compared to prepayment (online payment, through the site), delivery is paid by the Buyer.

The Buyer is forbidden to provide illegal content.
Visiting the Site, purchasing and delivering the goods to the Buyer may be illegal in the territory of the country where the Buyer is located.
The owner of the EMP (electronic means of payment, bank card etc.) is responsible for non-compliance with the law of a country when visiting this site and attempting to purchase the goods if it’s prohibited by law on a EMP owner’s territory of the country.
